This is the second painting Laura made from the same spot in Pingvellir, Iceland. The river in the painting, “Up Down River” is only a 90 degrees to the left difference in view from this waterfall. If you have ever been there you might remember. The loud noise from the crashing water had a calming and mesmerising effect.
